Pink Parcel – The Monthly Subscription Box That Makes Your Time Of The Month That Little Bit Easier – Georgia Phelps Beauty

Let’s all be honest, shark week is never a week that us females look forward to. Painful cramps, mood swings, hunger cravings constantly along with feeling disgustingly bloated, periods are quite frankly, horrendous. Is there a way to make this dreaded week any better you might be wondering? I think we’d be lying if we didn’t admit that we’ve all wondered this at some stage. Well thankfully, Pink Parcel have the answer that we’ve all been searching for and I’m so excited to share it with all of you.

Who Are Pink Parcel?

Pink Parcel are a monthly subscription box who are so different to the rest. Unlike the typical ‘beauty’ boxes on the market, Pink Parcel pride themselves in being a ‘period’ box instead. You might be wondering what this means so I’ll happily explain. Instead of delivering countless beauty products to your door that you might not necessarily need, Pink Parcel supply you with the EXACT things that you need to not only make you feel less crappy but to put a smile on your face too.

What I love the most is the fact that you can schedule your box to be delivered to you for when your period is due. This means that when you’re feeling rubbish about being due on, the box arriving through your door will pick you straight up again.

What Boxes Are Available?

They have 3 boxes available to order; ‘The Needs,’ ‘The Wants’ and the ‘All Of It’ and they all have a variety of items within them.

‘The Needs’ box is pretty self explanatory and includes just the items that are essential. With this you can choose what type of sanitary item you prefer, the size and brand. This box will cost you from £5 per month.

‘The Wants’ box is more about products that will cheer you up. Rather than sanitary products, in here you get little ‘pick me up’ treats such as face masks, snacks, hand creams etc. This box will cost you from £8 per month.

What’s In The ‘All Of It’ Box?

The amount of thought and consideration that goes into the Pink Parcel boxes is incredible. It’s not just simply a box of sanitary items, it’s so much more than that.

I was very kindly gifted the ‘All Of It’ box so I wanted to share exactly what was inside.

FOR NOW – Within the box I received a little fabric drawstring bag labelled ‘for now.’ In here there were sanitary towels for taking on the go. The drawstring bag (it’s super pretty with a heart pattern too!) is perfect for popping in your handbag to carry your essentials.

FOR LATER – In the ‘for later’ box there was a selection of top-up sanitary items for when the ‘for now’ pouch starts running out.

FOR NIGHT – You also get a ‘for night’ box which has more heavy duty pads to wear at night.

FOR YOU – Probably my favourite of them all, the ‘for you’ box is the sweetest and most thoughtful section of the whole box. As labelled, it’s ‘a little something to cheer you up’ and such a lovely added touch. Packed full of treats such as face masks, snacks (I was delivered toffee and cinnamon popcorn and it was incredible!), beauty items etc, the ‘for you’ box is guaranteed to put a little smile on your face.

The ‘All Of It’ box costs from £11 a month and considering how much the box is worth, is an excellent price point.

Overall Thoughts

Overall, I think Pink Parcel boxes are absolutely amazing and such a genius idea! I’m actually genuinely surprised that this idea hasn’t been created before as when you think about it, it makes so much sense. I think they’re extremely well priced and packed full of so many great products too.

The packaging is super cute, the design of the boxes is so aesthetically pleasing and having something this pretty arrive through your door each month is guaranteed to cheer you up regardless of how crappy your period may be.
