Georgia Phelps Coming at you on this beautiful sunny day with a post all about glowing, gorgeous skin. When I hear the words ‘glowing skin’, my mind instantly jumps to Pixi because quite simply, their incredible products leave skin looking and feeling absolutely amazing.
I’ve been using Pixi skincare products for just over a year now and haven’t looked back since. When my complexion is looking a little rough, needs some TLC or I just feel like giving it a little pamper, I reach for my Pixi products as I know they’ll never let me down.
Up until recently, I’d only used the famous Tonic and Setting Spray from their ‘glow’ range but after trying out the rest of the collection, I’ve been left wondering where they’ve been my whole life because they’ve absolutely transformed my skin.
Here are my thoughts of the whole glow collection from Pixi.
CLEANSE
Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel – £18.00
The Glow Tonic Cleansing Gel is new within the Pixi collection and just like all of the other products, doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. It’s a super hydrating, gel-based cleanser that removes all traces of make-up and impurities without leaving skin feeling stripped of moisture. Packed full of ingredients such as aloe to calm the skin and ginseng to brighten, this cleanser leaves skin looking and feeling energised.
TONE
Glow Tonic – £10.00
I’ve talked about this toner a million times on my blog before and will continue to talk about it for the rest of my days. I was always the girl that never bothered using a toner because i was narrow minded in thinking ‘they don’t do anything.’ However, after being introduced to the Pixi Glow Tonic, I can honestly say i’ve never known a toner that transforms my skin quite like this one does. My face is literally BEAMING after every application of this and I just can’t get enough of it.
TREAT
Glow Tonic Serum – £26.00
Thiis serum is another newbie within the collection but has very quickly become a staple within MY collection too. Just like the tonic, this product leaves me shining up to space (in the best way possible) and gives my skin the intense level of hydration that it always desperately craves. Packed full of Glycolic Acid to exfoliate and brighten along with aloe vera to calm redness and irritation, this little bottle of joy sits beautifully underneath makeup or on a fresh-faced complexion too.
HYDRATE
pHenomenal Gel – £24.00
To be completely honest with you all, I knew I would love this just from the name alone. My skin ADORES anything with a gel-based formula as it’s super dehydrated so I was really eager to try this product out as soon as it arrived. My initial presumptions were correct and this moisturiser is now my absolute favourite moisturiser to use on a daily basis. It’s extremely lightweight, really refreshing and leaves skin feeling hydrated and plumped. It also includes Citric Acid which helps to balance PH levels in the skin and in turn, brighten. What a dream!
MOISTURIZE
On-The-Glow – £18.00
I’ve never quite come across a product like this before but I’ve got to say, it’s absolutely genius! The moment I realised quite how perfect this little stick is was a few days ago when I was on route to the gym and I realised I hadn’t applied any moisturiser that morning. I had this in my bag and quickly zigzagged it over my face on the bus, blended it in using my fingers and voila! Job done!
Not only is it a really quick and easy product to use but it also doesn’t compromise on quality either. The moisturiser itself is super hydrating, feels beautiful on the skin and leaves a gorgeous glow in the process. I’ll be keeping this wonderful little creation in my bag on a daily basis now for days just like my gym day because you never know when you’re gonna need it.
My overall thoughts? I bloody LOVE this collection! Everything that Pixi have created and out their heart and soul into is phenomenal but this collection in particular has stolen a piece of my heart for sure. I use these products on a daily basis and absolutely adore every single one of them.
